Waymero is a travel-service marketplace project operated by Mike Freedenwald (also known as Miks Frīdenvalds) under the Waymero brand. The contact address is Kazdangas iela 3A, Riga, Latvia. These terms describe use of the website and partner-branded marketplaces. They do not replace any mandatory legal disclosure.

2. What Waymero provides
Waymero provides information about its business services and hosts branded pages linking to third-party travel services. The demo is illustrative and does not accept bookings. Submitting a “Try for free” request starts a conversation; it does not create a paid subscription or bind you to a commercial partnership.
Partner services, fees, revenue share and payment arrangements are agreed separately in writing with the identified contracting parties.
3. Bookings with third parties
Selecting a service opens a provider or affiliate website. Bookings and payments are completed with the provider, which sets prices, availability, eligibility, cancellation and refund rules. Review the provider’s terms before booking. Contact the provider about fulfillment, changes, refunds or travel-service support; contact Waymero about marketplace or link issues.
The current marketplace does not combine services into one checkout. Nothing here removes obligations that apply to the actual service under mandatory law.
4. Affiliate relationships and illustrations
Waymero may earn commission on eligible bookings or actions through affiliate links. This does not guarantee the lowest price, service quality, availability or successful attribution of every booking.
Images illustrate service categories and may be generated. They do not promise a particular hotel, vehicle, destination or package inclusion. Check the actual provider offer.
5. Acceptable use and branding
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit harmful material or manipulate referral tracking. Do not put traveler names, emails, booking references or sensitive information into marketplace links or enquiry forms.
Branding, illustrations and other site content belong to their respective owners or licensors. Access to this site does not grant a right to reuse them commercially.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the current processing of enquiries, technical information and affiliate referrals, including outstanding details in that interim notice. External providers have their own privacy policies.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to maintain the website with reasonable care and correct reported errors. Services and links may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or third-party performance.
Each party remains responsible for its own legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or waives rights concerning our own conduct.
8. Updates and concerns
We may update these website terms and display the revision date. Updates do not retroactively change signed partner agreements or existing supplier bookings. Please use the contact form to raise a concern. Applicable mandatory law and rights to bring proceedings before a competent court remain unaffected.
